Yoga Dhyan Shivir Organised in Sec21C.

Art of Living organization founded by H.H. Sri Sri Ravishankar and Resident welfare Association of sector 21 C Faridabad has organized a free YOGA DHAYAN SHIVIR at Community Centre 21-C on Sunday 4th May 2008,

Near about 1500 people of the various age group from different location of the Faridabad participated in this event and Teacher Sh. Sunil Gambhir and Smt Anjana Gambhir from Punjab started the camp with OM chanting and Ganesh Vandana.The venue was fully occupied by 6:00A.M fully decorated with flowers all around, the fragrance of which can be felt today also.It was a moment to watch people from all age groups coming together and doing Yoga, Pranayam and Meditation.

During the camp teacher informed that Sudarshan Kriya has been acknowledged by the World Health Organization(WHO), All India Institute of Medical Sciences.?AOL is a part of the training for NASA astronauts and??it is included in the curriculum in eight German universities and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology among others.? It is part of the training for Miss India contestants.

Sunil Ji also told about the 7 Layers OF existence. Participant practiced some poses of SUksham Pranayam, Body Rotation, YOGA and Pranyaam.The camp was concluded with Meditation in Gurudev Voice.

In the end Major Vijay the president of RWA 21- thanks the teachers, public and volunteers of ART OF LIVING for this wonderful show and requested to organize such yoga camp in future also for the benefit of people.
